By you as (“USER”) using Indian River News, LLC’s website thesunshinejournal.net (“SITE”) and any URLs that The Sunshine Journal (aka ROCKER KING RADIO PRODUCTIONS, L.L.C. and hereinafter known as “The Sunshine Journal”) may own that redirect to its SITE, you agree to this Terms of Service agreement (“TERMS”) and fully understand them.

We are not responsible for any URLs that redirect to indianrivernews.us and/or any other websites that may or may not be owned by The Sunshine Journal.

This specific TERMS governs SITE.

Indian River News, LLC is not responsible for the responses of posts made by other individuals on any social media website and any comments made in response to any social media website, along with any damage that may be cause in any way to any individual and or entity by the sharing of our content.

Governing Law

Any legal issues arise, it is agreed that any legal issues in State Law will be handled in Florida Courts Relevant to Indian River County, Florida which include local County Courts, 19th Judicial Circuit, 4th District Court of Appeals, Florida Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

The law of the United States Constitution, United States Federal Government, Florida State Constitution and the State of Florida is what will govern The Sunshine Journal and this agreement.

Notification of Changes

Users might not be notified of changes to Terms of Service and should check this document if they would like to be made aware of changes.

Accuracy of Data

The Sunshine Journal does not make any promise and or guarantee about the accuracy, reliability and or quality of any content available on or through our website including any services we may or may not provide. While we strive for excellency, accuracy and quality of content, we may not be fully accurate and have the potential to make scribners error. We are not responsible for any damages and or losses from using our SITE and using this Terms of Service.
